Ascot 2012
Unless you like waiting avoid this company! We booked them to take us to ascot, the driver turned up in a battered old coach 30 minutes late, then dumped us 25 minute walk from silver ring as he had to get to gatwick for another job, he was then booked to collect us at 6 pm but finally arrived after 8pm claiming he'd been stuck in traffic. He offered no apology. After we'd complained we recieved a volly of emails from 'marina' threatening us with solicitors and police because we'd voiced our annoyance with the driver on the day because she claimed we'd 'abused the driver' because our group of pensioners had moaned at him when he finally arrived and expressed our disgust and frustration. They have been reported to VOSA for over clocking driving hours on this day. AVOID
