Unprofessional and Rude

I have used the post office on two seperate occasions over the past month. One the first visit the lady was rude and spoke to me like a child as i chose not to put a return address on my parcel! Second visit i was left waiting for 10 mins whilst the lady finished off her personal conversation, in front of me and behind the counter! She didnt even acknowledge i was there nor apologise for keeping me waiting., Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful.
